How to Play

Classic Mode (Daily) A new word every day. You must move every slot exactly once to reach the solution.

• Plan ahead: There is no undo and no restart.
• One shot: If you paint yourself into a corner, the game is over until tomorrow.

Chain Mode (Daily) Race the clock. You have 60 seconds to find as many links as possible starting from the daily word. Keep the streak alive to beat your high score.

Why does the App Store say "Wink • Word Game"? "Wink" is a common name, so our specific App Store listing is registered as "Wink • Word Game." It is the same game.

I’m stuck in Classic Mode. How do I restart? Classic Mode is a high-stakes daily puzzle. Once a letter is locked, it cannot be moved again. If you get stuck, you have finished your run for the day! Come back tomorrow for a new word. The app will end the game automatically if there aren’t any word combinations left.
